The product is non-toxic, odorless, soft and has excellent stability and thixotropy. PT-05S is a natural alumina magnesia silicate rheological thickener, and the main component is hydrophilic high-purity Montmorillonite. It is widely used as suspension agent, thixotropic agent, latex stabilizer and thickener.
1:Thixotropy: This product has low viscosity under high shear and high viscosity under low shear. It can improve workability and has excellent anti-sagging.
2:Water-retentive and thickening: use alone or in combination with cellulose can provide excellent thickening effect and water retention.
3:Lubricity: excellent lubricity, reduce the friction between the powder and lower equipment loss during construction
4:Stability: Pure natural inorganic mineral, unaffected by environment, temperature fluctuations, maintain a long-term stability.
5:Cost performance: Compared with cellulose and starch ether, PT-05S has a high cost performance.
The product addition is 0.05%-1%wt of total amount, specific addition depends on the specific formula.
