CLAYMINTON 76 can be directly added to the binder for use.

Best addition steps

• In normal conditions

1. Resin and solvent
2. CLAYMINTON 76, disperse at high speed (3000rpm/10mins)
3. Surfactant(wetting dispersant, defoamer)
4. Pigment
5. thin down paint 

• High solids/solvent free coatings        
(Add appropriate polar activator to help disperse or no need.)

The quantity of CLAYMINTON 76 to use depends on the system in question. Typical levels are between 0.3% and 2.5% dry CLAYMINTON 75 based on total system weight.
